Four million euros to be invested in the electric vehicle charging company Virta Ltd
Helen Ventures is increasing its capital injection in Virta Ltd (Liikennevirta Ltd), a company that is rapidly expanding its overseas operations. The value of capital to be invested is 4 million euros.
Established in Finland but fast accelerating its international growth, Virta is building a smart charging network for electric vehicles and the related digital services in Finland and in Europe. In addition to Helen Ventures, e.g. the German multinational energy company E.ON took part in the round of financing.
